Our practice has limited availability at this time! Each of us are unique, and so are our struggles. As unique as we are, there are times in all of our lives where we feel challenged, stuck, exhausted, or lost. It can be beneficial to seek help from someone outside our situations to help us find ways to make positive change, and move through these trying times. We use an eclectic and collaborative approach combining both psychotherapy and neurotherapy in the therapeutic process. Our focus is allowing individuals to use their own strengths and weaknesses to develop a pathway for a healthy balanced life.
We offer Talk Therapy, EMDR, Play as Therapy, Art as Therapy and Neurofeedback which is guided by a 19-channel QEEG Brain Map. Michelle Hobson offers Clinical Supervision for LPC and MFT Residents in Counseling!
