Additionally, I specialize in working with individuals struggling with self worth, depression, anxiety, and trauma. Helping individuals recover from difficult experiences, and being a part of that healing journey is one of my greatest passions.

WORTH- Women of Rebirth, Therapeutic Healing
The WORTH group is for Women who are going through unfortunate painful experiences due to their significant others misbehaviors, sexual addictions (pornography, infidelity, etc.) and emotional abuse. I find there is a tremendous amount of power when women can speak of experiences that give them shame, with other women who understand what they are going through. You are not alone in your pain.
