I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a therapy approach that has been researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma for decade. EMDR offers a standardized protocol that builds resources, addresses fallacies in thinking, and reframes trauma to survival for all ages seeking relief of psychological stress.
My approach to counseling includes reflection on family of origin, attachment styles, and internal family systems with Trauma-informed Client-centered Counseling.
