I have 20 years of experience working with trauma, family of origin issues, relationship struggles, anxiety, and depression. I am a Certified Daring Way Facilitator based on Dr. Brené Brown's research on courage, vulnerability, shame, and empathy and have specialized training in Perinatal Mood Disorders. I am also EMDRIA trained to provide EMDR.
