Throughout pregnancy we are taught how to bring baby safely into the world and how to care for our newborn baby, but what about how to take care of ourselves during this time? This group focuses on developing coping skills and support systems in order to take care of yourself during your pregnancy and the postpartum periods. Come learn about infant development, dispelling the myths of motherhood, gain a better understanding of the emotional changes during pregnancy and the postpartum periods, including understanding Postpartum Depression and reducing your risk for depression and anxiety after the birth of a child.
