Relaxed, easy-going environment conducive for practice with interpersonal skill building, socializing with alleviation of social anxiety, connecting genuinely with others and to meet new people. The ideal age demographic for this group is for individuals in their 20s-30s. We are hoping to begin the group around the onset of this summer. If you are seriously interested in joining a group like this, please let me know what days and times work best for you to be able to attend.
