Aggression Replacement Therapy is an anger management curriculum utilized to teach adolescents better ways to manage their anger by: 1.) understanding the anger control cycle, 2.) teaching social skills (ways to cope with anger) and 3.) addressing the underlying belief system that drives one's approach and response to anger.
