Embodied Strength
Embodied Strength is a seasonal, closed-format group for AFAB/trans female/womxn/AFAB-NB adults living with chronic illness, pain, medical trauma or other self-identified disability identities. The group is collaborative support format with licensed therapist facilitation. Safety, connection, community & space for the complexities of identity & ability are central goals of the group. Explorations include mind-body connection, stress & coping management, navigating healthcare systems, trauma, loss & grief, interpersonal resolutions & analysis of structures that support or dishonor our lived experiences have space in the group process. We begin 3x per year and extend for 10 weekly meetings each cycle. Contact me for more information!
