I enjoy working with people who have experienced various life journeys. I have a great deal of experience with anxiety, chronic illness, eating disorders, addictions, gender identity, LGBTQI+ and teens/families. I would love to begin working together to co-create a change in your life.
I have worked in the mental health field consistently since 2008 both as a clinician, supervisor and educator. I offer both in person and telehealth services and I am licensed in both CA and NV.
As an Art Therapist I have the advantage of including art as a tool to communicate with clients. This is particularly useful when working with clients who have difficulty talking about or even knowing what is challenging them.
