I take a holistic approach to well-being - helping to identify where you need to heal, highlighting your strengths, and cultivating a non-judgmental therapeutic environment.
I completed my graduate training through Northwestern University in December 2019. Using a collaborative person-centered approach, I will work with you to create a safe and empowering environment where you can heal and grow. While I work with a variety of clients, my areas of specialty include LGBT issues and dealing with grief and loss.
