My passion is helping children, adolescents, and young adults lead happier, more enjoyable lives, and enabling their families to experience harmony and joy in their homes. As a Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist, I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults who are experiencing difficulties managing their emotions and navigating relationships and life's challenges. I also provide support for parents and caregivers during their parenting journey.

I combine different therapeutic techniques in my practice to best support each client. My background as a Play Therapist, Certified Trauma Specialist, and Yoga Instructor enables me to incorporate play, yoga, mindfulness, and creative arts into therapy when necessary.

I help children, adolescents, and young adults work through anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and social challenges. Together, we will work on developing healthy coping skills and increasing self-esteem, while at the same time, strengthening family relationships and managing challenging behaviors in a comfortable and supportive environment.
