Her mission is to provide a compassionate, supportive and honest space in which you can speak freely about your symptoms,experiences, examine issues of identity and explore relational possibilities.
Our therapists will help you work through the barriers to optimum living, such as: stress, relationship issues, self-esteem, depression, substance abuse issues, complex trauma, grief and loss, and anxiety. We also provide parenting skills, premarital counseling, as well as career coaching.
Solving emotional problems is very difficult, but you won't have to go it alone. We will help you set goals, identify distorted thinking patterns and behaviors that cause pain, isolation and interfere with your goals, health, contentment and relationships. Our Therapist uses CBT and TEAMS to help you develop healthy practical skills that empowers change.

Our Anxiety and Depression Group, is a 8 week group which focuses on the whole person to get to the root cause of their depression and anxiety. We employ a Holistic model which emphasize, Nutrition, Life Style, Spirituality & Cognitive Behavioral focuses. In these sessions We empower and equip our clients to eradicate depression and anxiety from their lives. We promote Whole-Health and believe healing begins with acknowledgement and commitment to create change.
