Many of us struggle in life, however seeking treatment is the first step towards realizing and achieving change. My goal is to offer supportive and nonjudgmental therapeutic services to help you achieve your goals in a safe environment. I utilize a multi-technique approach combining techniques from various modalities, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Trauma Focused-CBT to name a few. I also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, and trauma via the IV route of administration. I have advanced training in trauma & psychedelic-assisted therapy.

I address various needs including trauma, grief and loss, suicidal thoughts, behavioral issues, relationship issues, as well as problems related to depression, anxiety, anger, and stress.

Needs do not exist within a vacuum and therefore I take into consideration each client's experiences, family dynamics, and upbringing in treatment. Therapy is a personal journey where the therapist-client relationship is most important, therefore I strive to establish an honest and warm working relationship with each client.
