I collaborate with individuals and couples to create short-term plans using a variety of theraputic approaches such as Integrative Body Psychotherapy, EMDR (to process traumatic experiences) and DNMS (to resource and satisfy unmet developmental needs from childhood).
I am 12 Step friendly. As a meditator for over 35 years,
