I offer Doctoral-level therapy with a specialized focus on working with Men. Anxiety, Relationship/Sexual Issues, Depression, College/Young Adults, Motivation/Focus, Social Anxiety, Assertiveness, Anger, Porn/Sexual/Gaming Addictions, Career, and Spirituality are concerns I often address. Sometimes issues look different in men and go unrecognized, or need a different approach. With clients I draw from 17 years in the field, applying a unique blend of thought-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), practical Reality/Choice Theory, Psychodynamic Therapy (exploring underlying influences), and Gottman Method (for relationships).
My practice is small and private, offering a personal, supportive experience. I've worked with young professionals, seasoned adults, college students, military, and athletes. My PhD in Counseling included Sport & Exercise Psychology. I practiced for 7 years in university-affiliated centers in Atlanta and Greensboro.
