I view therapy as an opportunity for self-discovery, resilience-building, and fostering a deeper connection with your sense of self to cultivate a more fulfilling life.
I work with clients dealing with PTSD, anxiety, depression, relational issues and parenting challenges. Treatment is tailored to your specific needs using a variety of evidenced-based therapeutic techniques including EMDR, attachment-based strategies, self compassion work, mindfulness, IFS or parts work, somatic experiencing, CBT, and psychoeducation.
