The Prism Center - Cypress

Houston Psychotherapists has joined with The Prism Center to offer a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that has proven effective in treating a variety of issues. Our IOP is for adults who are experiencing distress, anxiety/panic, depression, interpersonal struggles and/or problems in coping and functioning. Our structured curriculum includes psychoeducation, DBT skills, experiential exercises and mindfulness. We teach specific skills to address each of our client's individual needs. Our DBT based IOP is designed to assist clients to focus on here-and-now coping to feel better and to function more effectively and increase overall life satisfaction.
