I now have space for 2 additional clients as of April 1st- As a child, adolescent, college-aged, and adult therapist, my goal is always to first and foremost create a safe, authentic, and nonjudgmental space for you to be your true self. I believe that life struggles and transitions can feel completely overwhelming, and that the future may feel like a scary place. I fully believe that every person is capable of building a life worth living if given the opportunity to learn the skills and techniques needed to work through the various difficulties that come with life.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults, with additional experience working with college students. I have experience in the areas of anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-harming behaviors, suicidal ideation, impulsive behaviors, and life transitions. I also provide both individual and group DBT sessions for children, adolescents, and adults.
