I am currently accepting new clients for daytime, virtual sessions. I help young adults process the unique challenges of their age, tame their inner critic and self-doubt, and heal from trauma. Together we will get really curious about what makes you tick and how your current patterns and coping mechanisms came to be. We can work through trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, shame and guilt, decision making, emotional regulation, feeling lost or purposeless, and building tangible coping skills. I utilize principles of Internal Family Systems, psychodynamic, somatic, and mindfulness-based therapies in my work.
My clients would describe me as easy to talk to, genuine, warm, inquisitive, and validating. While I take therapy seriously, I also think laughter is a powerful medicine too. If you're tired of "just talking" in therapy, my interactive style might work well for you.
In addition to the general population, I have experience working with college and graduate students, queer and trans folks, other social workers and therapists, and people from diverse religious backgrounds. I offer free 15-minute consultations for prospective clients, so if you think we might work well together, reach out and let's chat!
