I believe in client-centered therapy. While I rely most heavily on a humanistic Gestalt-style practice, each client brings their unique style, form of communication, and therapeutic needs. I work closely with each client to adjust my approach to meet their needs. I employ a strategy that results in clear, practical solutions.
Growing up in the Finger Lakes region of central New York, I deeply love the outdoors. That love of the outdoors introduced me to triathlon - since 2014 I have completed three Ironman races. I am an avid adventurer and love to cook. All of this informs my therapeutic practice. I look forward to working with you and seeing what we can accomplish together!
