I have over 17 years of professional experience and have worked successfully with clients to reduce the symptoms associated with anxiety, fears, OCD, sadness/depression, life transitions, stress, self-concept, communication, parenting and trauma. I currently specialize in working with females, adolescents and young adults, families and couples.
