My therapeutic-style is a combination of cognitive-behavioral and person-centered therapy. However, I work with clients to develop a personalized treatment plan that focuses on their individual needs. I am passionate about working with individuals and families who want to improve their lives by working on issues they are experiencing with one another.
I have worked at a juvenile detention center and women crisis centers, so I am experienced with working with adolescents and families.
