Hi, I’m so glad you’re here! Perhaps you’ve felt overwhelmed or like you’re never good enough. You aren’t able to be yourself at work or school. Maybe it takes all of your energy just to get through each day. Let’s explore what is keeping you from feeling your best, together. I want our sessions to feel safe, supportive, and non-judgmental so that you can get the most out of therapy. We will work together to find the root of your problems and figure out how to start feeling better.
In our sessions we will identify emotions, notice patterns, process feelings, and explore negative beliefs that are holding you back. My role is to listen without judgment and support you as you work on healing and growth. I will also provide education on mental health and resources for short-term relief, such as coping skills and safety planning.
My background includes working with clients in outpatient therapy, which has allowed me to work with a wide range of issues. I am trained to help clients who are struggling with self-harm and suicidal ideation. I am very LGBTQ+ friendly and all lifestyles are accepted and welcome. I look forward to meeting you!
