I believe that a person needs to be healed as a whole, not just one part or the other. I believe in a holistic model and work with my clients to improve their mind, body, and spirit. My psychotherapy modalities include but are not limited to: EMDR, Intuitive Eating & Body Image treatment for eating disorders, CBT, DBT, Schema Therapy & Psychodynamic Theory
I make it a priority to connect with my client and create a safe place to build trust and understanding within the relationship.
