I have been in practice 25 years. These days, the modalities that are my center are AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy) and EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples), both are attachment & bonding based, and rely on feeling experientially & expressing primary emotion. I use EMDR (Flash technique too) and hypnosis as adjunctive therapies when needed, for example when treating trauma. I offer Life Coaching with a focus on personal fulfillment and relationships. I work for healing, and believe our wildest dreams can come true--even some we haven't dare dream yet.
