I am a certified trauma specialist and clinical supervisor with extensive experience with trauma, anxiety, burnout, grief and loss, eating disorders, and high performance. In addition to talk therapy, I am skilled in somatic interventions, including Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and various heartful practices to provide the most comprehensive care possible.
