Have you been dealing with trauma, PTSD, guilt & shame, panic attacks, anxiety, or phobias? I use a gentle, effective therapy approach that can provide healing without the need to relive the emotional pain of the past. As a trauma specialist, I work with rape survivors, veterans, police and other first responders, and clients with trauma from childhood abuse, domestic violence, traumatic childbirth, car accidents, and other traumatic events.
I'm a Certified Practitioner of Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT), which integrates imagery, humor, play, hypnosis, and other experiential techniques to heal the effects of trauma and create positive change. RRT can also provide effective treatment for other concerns including grief, guilt, anger, anxiety, panic attacks, and phobias.
I offer one hour sessions, 90 minute sessions, and longer sessions lasting 2-3 hours. Sometimes more can be achieved in one long session than in several weeks of shorter ones, and my aim is to provide treatment that brings lasting relief in as brief a time as possible.
