I see adults and adolescents ages 12 and up who are struggling with generalized/social anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and life transition issues. I believe in and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy evidence based techniques to help you achieve your counseling goals. I feel that you are the expert of you and respect the autonomy of each and every one of my clients. If you are interested in beginning counseling and are someone who will enjoy a warm, interactive relationship will benefit from working with me. My goal is for you to enjoy your time in counseling while working collaboratively with me to reach your treatment goals.
My experience includes counseling adults, teenagers, and older adolescents using mainly CBT. I have the most experience working with teenage clients with over 15 years of working in a high school and over 10 in my practice. Having the ability to experience life in a high school helps me to work well with teenagers.
My goal is for you to be the best version of yourself and to help you live the life you desire. Counseling will provide you with a safe place to speak where you can be yourself and reach the goals you set. You will be given an individualized treatment plan to meet each of your specific, unique needs and we will work together until they are met.
