I help people pleasers, perfectionists, and overachievers learn how to stop overfunctioning and set healthier boundaries. I also specialize in working with BIPOC and queer folks to heal from trauma in a world that continues to be traumatizing. Life can feel scary and uncertain. Fortunately, we do not have to go through it alone.
Sometimes we feel things that we don't quite have language for. I use both EMDR and the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method (TCYM) to help heal trauma in the mind and body, when just talking about it isn't enough. TCYM does not require any prior yoga experience. It incorporates breathwork, meditation, and yoga poses to supplement the therapeutic process.
