My name is Tiffany and I have bee working with individuals for over 20 years in the field of Social Work. I have providing therapy for the majority of these years. I love being able to work with and support individuals with a verity of needs. I am trained in EMDR and find this to be a very helpful way to help people work through anxiety, trauma and getting more control over challenging thoughts and feelings. I also incorporate a strengths perspective. We have a lifetime of experiences that can help us work through todays challenges, sometimes we just needs need a little support around them.

I support the growth and healing we all strive for, while building the tools and confidence to live our best lives. My goal is to help you feel like you have more control over your life.
