People develop "superpowers" in the process of coping with and overcoming trauma. They then often feel like they need to hide these superpowers, feeling themselves to be different or freakish. This leads to isolation and keeps people from reaching out to others for support. My latest creative project is a movement to foster collaboration between healers and to connect people with each other and a sense of richness that can only happen when we slow down and reach some level of safety in our bodies. Connected with others, we can get support in discovering what we came here to do.

The issue of boundaries pervades our lives in ways that are so subtle, yet so profound, that once they are mastered, simply everything changes. Join this group for practical information, insight, and training on this fascinating subject. Learn how emotions and boundaries work together. Build and strengthen your personal boundaries and learn when others are pushing and violating yours. I am interested in forming a group that meets for 5-6 consecutive weeks, or a couple entire weekends. Timing will depend on preference of participants. Cost for entire event will be $180 - $250, depending on size and format of group.

If you'd like to receive consultation in a group format, I am now able to host a group of up to 4 members. This not only keeps cost of consultation down, but it also ensures a richer and broader scope for discussion and learning. Groups are forming now. Skype and in-person, in Columbia MO (in-person groups in Columbia are being offered through the end of March 2018).
