Trauma Therapy of Nashville takes an Integrative, holistic approach as we do not fit one “formula” of therapy. Modalities include, EMDR, Brainspotting, EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), Art Therapy, DBT, Trauma Informed Yoga and more! Melanie Reese also provides Group and Individual Supervision for MFT's & LPC's seeking licensure.
