Is anxiety getting the best of you? Is there a major change occurring in your life? Do you find yourself awake at night with thoughts and worries looping in your head? Do you feel stuck? Do you feel down and short on energy or interest in doing things? My focus is on helping people develop strategies and tools to get through difficult times. I use approaches that recognize the connection between mind and body and learning to be in tune with that connection. The methods I use can help clients with anxiety, depression, stage of life adjustments, trauma, PTSD and self esteem.

I believe each person is unique and so therapy will look a little bit different for each person. I want to help you get the relief you are seeking and will define goals that move you where you want to be.

What you take away from therapy is guided by why you come to therapy. We will give you tools to help smooth the difficult times life brings. You may learn new ways to move through life, communicate, cope with ups and downs, manage anxiety and depression, and heal from past traumas.
