Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy Group
A weekly and ongoing psychotherapy group for established clients. The group emphasis is on bringing awareness and compassion to life transitions and relationships. These qualities of attention are cultivated both within the group dynamic and to life experiences outside the group.

Weekly Mindfulness Meditation (donation based)
This is a live guided meditation class on Zoom and a drop-in class for your convenience. No prior experience necessary. There is a sense of community with some voluntary sharing of experience along some teaching of what the Buddha taught. All are welcome.

This high functioning women's group is offered online only. Emphasis is on life transitions, relationship issues with family, friends and partners. Career and work issues are also shared. The group is ongoing and has room for 1-2 more members.
