Do you have a teenager who seems to be struggling or who has gone through some major changes recently? They could be experiencing depression and anxiety. I am here to help. I can offer an assessment and provide guidance on next steps to get your teen back on track. I am also available for crisis intervention and assessment if you have a loved one who seems to be suffering from a mental health condition and you are unsure how to help or what to do. I can help! And, we can come up with the best options and plan of action to make a change.
I personally have experienced several losses in my lifetime - as a child, as a teen and as an adult. I have multiple perspectives on loss and grief and am also certified in the Grief Recovery Method. I offer individual grief counseling. Currently I am partnering with a Family Law Attorney and offering groups to those considering or going through divorce.
I believe that if we have hope and keep looking forward to tomorrow it is possible to grow and change and live the fulfilling life that we were meant to live. Divorce Support Group
This group is for women both considering and going through divorce. It will be facilitated by both a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Family Law Attorney/Divorce Coach. Our hope is to open conversations and answer questions while providing emotional and mental health support as well as legal guidance.
