Outpatient Treatment Program includes: Initial history and physical evaluation Psychological Assessment Individual case management Individual/group counseling Addiction education Relapse prevention Weekly family support and monthly Family Intensive Discharge planning. Intensive Outpatient is a half-day program that focuses on accountability and affords clients the opportunity to check in with staff and peers while navigating day to day life. This program can be accessed by clients stepping down from Partial Hospitalization or Residential levels of care.
