Social Skills & Empathy Building for 1st-5th grade
This is a skills building group for those in 1st through 5th grades. Children will learn to identify with their own emotions as well as develop an understanding of other's emotions. Participants will learn to cope with difficult emotions, improve mood and enhance relationships. They will also learn how to communicate and interact appropriately with others.

We Are Women: Building Confidence and Support
This is a twelve week psycho-educational women's group for ages 18 and up. The group has been develop to learn skills to improve self esteem.
