Women's Interpersonal Process Group
This is a weekly, ongoing interpersonal process group for women (18+). It is a place to come together in a safe environment in order to explore a variety of life issues and take a deep dive into who we are as individuals as well as members of our families and communities. This group aims to help participants deepen their understanding of themselves and, ultimately, be seen and heard in the company of others.

Intensive Outpatient Program - Mental Health focus
The intensive outpatient program often helps patients clarify their treatment needs and serves as a catalyst for moving forward in treatment. The program runs in six week cycles and meets on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings. The IOP integrates mentalization-based therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills training, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and family dynamics in order to help patients (1) increase healthy coping, (2) improve their understanding of their emotions, sense of self, and relationships, and (3) help identify a clearer path for their short and long term goals.
