“I enjoy being a psychotherapist and take pride in doing good work. Being in the therapy/mental health profession for the past twenty-five years has given me a broad range of clinical experience that I bring to my practice. Besides helping with recent and long-standing concerns or difficulties, I believe therapy can also play an important role in furthering personal and spiritual growth. I maintain a diverse practice working with people who seek assistance for a wide range of concerns/hopes related to depression, anxiety, relationships, self-esteem/self-worth, life transitions, life direction and purpose, trauma, grief, etc.

My clients continually demonstrate the capacity that all of us have for healing, feeling better, having fulfilling relationships, living joyfully, and growing. Therapy is most effective when there is a good "fit" between client and therapist. I am thoughtful, interactive, empathic, and insightful. People find me easy to relate to.

My work is informed by a variety of approaches that I utilize to address each person's unique situation. I am a Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work. I consult to therapists, educators, residential treatment staff, and social service workers, and give presentations. I work in English and Spanish.”
