I have a passion and a real knack for applying the art and science of hypnotherapy to empower clients to make life transformations. I Hypnotherapy is an ideal approach to align the mind, body, and spirit as a team for healing and growth. My mission is to help clients accelerate goal achievement so that they may live happier, healthier, and longer lives. I instruct self-hypnosis, mindfulness meditation, and yoga. I possess certifications as a clinical and spiritual hypnotherapist. Among my training is the Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy approach developed by the Wellness Institute and taught through the Cleveland Clinic's Center for Integrative & Lifestyle Medicine. Basic sessions are about an hour at $80. Advanced hypnotherapy sessions are about 2 hours at $150.
I see clients in both one-on-one sessions and groups. Virtual sessions are available. Self-hypnosis empowers clients to adjust on their own. I have a wide network of practitioners in adjunctive specialties to refer to and coordinate with to help clients effectually move forward on their goals.
