My clientele are children, adolescents, and adult struggling with adjusting to life stressors, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and personality disorder traits. Currently my practice is primarily working with females but I work with both females and males. I have worked in the field of psychology for over 10 years. I also provide Quotient ADHD testing.
I strengthened my skills by attending courses through Dr.Linehan's Behavioral Tech adding to my proficiency with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Additionally, I have attended courses with Dr.Bryson and Dr.Siegel, discussing The Whole Brain Child and other treatment and therapy strategies in CBT, attachment theory, and Interpersonal Neurobiology.
I am currently in the process of getting intensive training for certification in DBT through Linehan's Behavioral Tech. I am also certified as an Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI) as a form of early therapeutic intervention for parents and their infants.
