I’m a kind, passionate and experienced counsellor based in Ottawa offering psychotherapy to adult individuals. My goal is to help you get curious about what’s getting in the way of your mental health, and to find clarity, acceptance and motivation to start feeling better. Clients often seek my services for help with anxiety, depression, stress, past trauma/abuse, men's issues and relationship concerns. I'm also passionate about working with fellow queer / 2SLGBTQ+ folks and our allies. Sessions are currently available online and in-person.
