As a psychotherapist and clinical counsellor, I'm passionate about using effective, evidence-based treatments to help clients overcome life challenges, improve emotional wellbeing, and build the life they want. I specialize in working with clients who struggles with emotions, self-judgements, overcontrol, and habitual people pleasing. I work from a compassionate, person-centered approach that focuses on your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I believe that everyone is doing the best they can AND have the potential to grow, heal, and move towards a life they want.
