In my work as a Registered Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor, I work to create a space that is thoughtful, warm and connected. Together we’ll dig deep to explore underlying thoughts, feelings and behaviours to better learn what’s going on, where you might be getting stuck and pathways to move forward. I aim to help you live with a greater sense of authenticity, ease and meaning. I bring a relational, trauma-informed and attachment-based lens to my work.

My current areas of focus include: complex and developmental trauma, parenting, relationship issues, Highly Sensitive (HSP), perfectionism and grief and loss. Please feel free to reach out if you're seeking support with something outside of those areas to see if it might be a good match.

If you're looking for a deep dive into what's going on and are interested in a therapist who will actively and openly engage in the process of discovery with you, we'll probably be a good fit.
