Srini Katragadda, MA, MFT, Marriage & Family Therapist in San Francisco
I work with couples and individuals struggling with a variety of relationship and communication issues. I have successfully treated clients with depression, anxiety, phobias, and low self-esteem. Clients that are looking for more aliveness in themselves and their relationships will be served well by what I offer.
I offer a safe and caring space for my clients to explore their challenges. I support the discovery of my client's authentic voice by helping uncover underlying feelings, needs and desires. I harness what is most alive in the moment as a portal to my client's health and healing.
My clients find me deeply empathic and engaging. I am open and direct, and my clients tend to form a strong relationship with me. My clients find my empathic questioning of their habitual behaviors and beliefs to be challenging, but helpful to live their life in a choice-full way.

Srini Katragadda's Groups

Gestalt Consultation Group

This is a small Gestalt consultation group (maximum 4 folks) which will be run using Gestalt values and principles. The Gestalt principle of paying attention to what is emergent in one's personal awareness field as one brings forward a consultation case will be a primary guide. As the case is presented, others in the group will also be encouraged to pay attention to their thoughts, feelings, body sensations/postures and fantasies/images that come up. Thus, we will be using what's emergent in both the personal and group consciousness to inform us with each case that is presented.
