Cyndee M Baldwin, MA, LMHC, Counselor in Seattle
I will help you to have more meaningful relationships in life, utilize your talents and abilities more fully, maintain a more truthful and accurate self-esteem, have more satisfying sexual relationships, understand yourself and others in a more meaningful way, and face life's challenges with greater freedom and flexibility. My specialty is relational psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and groups which aids in transformation for most issues in life: grief, loss, anxiety, depression and transition, to name a few. Take the step today toward your own transformation and healing, a lifelong investment.
You may simultaneously feel like "too much" but still never good enough. In our work together, we'll address where these ideas come from, and work to find your voice: which doesn't rely on what you "should" feel but is most interested in what you DO feel, to integrate these areas of your life.
It is by this process that therapy can begin to shift how you think about things and you can begin to know your true self as good enough, instead of too much or too little. This process of transformation is within reach. Take the step today.

Cyndee M Baldwin's Groups

Relational Process Group for Adults

Am I being understood? Am I too much or not enough? What is my impact on others? Why do I feel so disconnected? We'd like to invite you to a therapy group for men and women, which addresses and explores relationship issues. The aim of the group includes bringing awareness to how our communication styles impact others and how this affects our interactions with others. We explore ways to manage this relational anxiety by both participating and reflecting on our experiences as they occur in the group. Co-facilitated by Cyndee Baldwin, MA LMHC and Jason Goldstein, MSW, MA.
