Nicki Omansky Dayley, LCSW, ACSW, Clinical Social Work/Therapist in Boulder
Are you or a family member feeling stuck? Together we can uncover new solutions. I'll work creatively and collaboratively with you to find pathways out of those difficult places, both within you and in your relationships. Perhaps you have a child or teen who's experiencing anxiety or fears, or you are experiencing sadness and stress personally or with a partner or family member. Together we'll find solutions as we tap into your inherent strengths and the potential strengths in your relationships.
Using complementary approaches I address anxiety, depression, stress and trauma in children, teens and adults. I also specialize in family systems work helping individuals, couples and families resolve conflicts and improve communication. By understanding issues from the past and present you can move forward in new, more positive directions.
I integrate family systems approaches, cognitive/behavioral, stress reduction, mind/body techniques and meditative skills in my therapeutic work. I enjoy finding creative, pragmatic and compassionate ways to help clients move through the obstacles in their life, so that they can discover/uncover a greater sense of health both personally and in their relationships.
