I provide a combination of evidence-based and the best in relational therapies to provide individuals, couples, and families the best possible outcomes to what they are seeking help for. Combing compassion and information to help people identify the specific obstacles in their lives that hold them back from being satisfied and content in their lives, I help them decide on a plan of action to effect the change in their life that they desire. My goal is to provide you with the tools you need and teach you how to effectively implement them so can utilize them for life.
I enjoy working with couples (giving them the tools to improve their communication and achieve conflict resolution), working with people experiencing anxiety, OCD, panic (anxiety) attacks, depression, chronic pain, and pornography addiction. I strive toward educating them on overcoming these difficulties and greatly increasing the quality of their lives & relationships.
I am trained in the the approaches of Drs. Cloud & Townsend (worked in an intensive program where the teachings were written by them), as well as the research & methods of Dr. John Gottman (having completed Level 3 training with the Gottman Institute). I wrote my thesis on treating chronic pain.
