I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who provides cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) that is research-based and time limited in nature. My approach is very structured, has proven effectiveness, and takes place both in the office and in "real world" settings (home, mall, outside, etc).
I provide intensive exposure and ritual prevention (EXRP) treatment for OCD. My clients who engage in EX/RP typically complete treatment in 6 to 8.5 weeks. Other anxiety disorders are usually successfully treated in 6-15 sessions. Treatment takes place in and outside of the office. I have extensive experience in treating Christian clients.
