Teen Issues Support Group

Navigating the teen years is especially difficulty with the current generation. This weekly skills focused group will allow teens to discuss their concerns and difficulties with social situations and family concerns and develop pro-social coping skills for handing stressors. Group will begin when 5 members are registered. Groups will run for 6 week sessions. $20 per session or pre pay $110 for six weeks) Groups begin the first week in June. Space is limited.

Eating Disorder and Body Image Teen Group

This weekly group focuses on teens with Eating Disorders or undiagnosed body image/food concerns. Focus on practical coping skills, self-esteem and body image as well as healthy lifestyle. If your child is having food concerns, this is the only group in town! Healthy snack provided. Space is limited. Group sessions will run for 6 weeks at a time. ($30 per session or prepay all six for 160) Group will commence when 4 register.

This Women's professional group will focus on maximizing success, women's issues in the workplace, goal setting, and is a goal oriented, positive group based on the principles of positive psychology. Come spend an afternoon with other professional women discussing important issues. Groups will run six sessions at a time. ($50 per session or prepay for six sessions at a $275).
